Consultations with stakeholders leading to tighter controls on dog breeding so that A) pedigree breeds are healthier B) it is cheaper, easier and an earlier thought for people getting dogs/pets to look to rescue centres both in their native and neighbouring countries, whilst keeping dogs vaccinated, healthy and disease free. Basically asking for more care for pets health & wellbeing
