There is no need for any form of evil or violence to be happy and have a well lived life.

Here is a great example:

Holocaust hero Sir Nicholas Winton (That’s Life – 1988)

Kindness and willingness to make hopefully well judged personal risks for others shouldn’t be limited to just Jewish people or the second world war, but can be applied now, and it doesn’t necessarily need to be risky, being kind, to both yourself and others normally doesn’t require any risk. Just be kind, it’s a much better and a happier way to live. Winton also lived a very long life, part of that I attribute to swimming, which if preferred, could be substituted for racquet sports, as both, for most people, are incredibly healthy. But perhaps more importantly, having a moral goal / purpose, in his case – saving children from almost certain death and keeping friends with them as they all aged, gave him and them a happy reason to continue living.
